채식주의

과연 고기를 먹지 않는것은 인간의 신채에 도움이 되느냐? 좀 오래된 떡밥이지만 개인적인 이야기를 해보겠다. 채식주의를 하는 사람들은 아주 휼륭하다. 그들에게 뭐라고 할 자격은 없다. 다만 먹는 것이 다른거지 전혀 문제될 것이없다. 개인적으로 채식만하면 간이랑 위가 안좋다는걸 알려주고 싶다. 태고의 우리 조상들은 배를 채우기 위해 일부러 채식을 먹은적은 없다. 다만 고기가 없을떄 부족했을때 채식을 했다. 내가 말하고 싶은건 채식은 좋긴한대 너무 채식만하면 몸을 상할 수 있다는 것이다. 일단 건강하려면 무엇이든 적당해야한다 균형잡힌 식습관이 아주 중요하다. 물론 그들을 보고 비꼬거나 그런 짓을 하는 것은 아주 비정상적인 행동이다. 우린 다양성을 존중해야한다. 자기가 옳다는 것은 강요하면 안되고 설득이 되어야 한다. P.S 4월이니 우리모두 더욱더 고기를 먹쟈. 참고로 나는 다먹는댜!! 조만간 해철이형이 2011년도에 자신이 손꼽았던 TOp 11 에 대해 써보도록하겠댱/
